He has admiration for the sailor once known as Seaman. He displays enough skill using long range weapons to get the respect of his kouhais. Willie possesses a heavy artillery particle accelerator weapon Sacred Artifact, which he uses to accelerate the vibrations of things within range to make enemy gunpowder arms explode. It is strong enough to create compulsive demilitarized zones, but its true value lies beyond that. The nature of this ability is able to affect the composition of living things as well as the inorganic. It is a product of the future world Utopia's technology, able to accelerate all things including intelligence and physical reaction speeds. Willie calls his home world that uses body modification on animals to make them into soldiers a super fucked up future. That said, he still considers his Wildcat squad as his home and shows strong attachments to his comrades.
