Qingyi (Real Name: 01 Neo-Genesis VI)- The short brown-pigtailed red-eyed “Intelligent Construct” officer that wears a N.E.P.S issued croptop and vest with black-blue shorts and N.E.P.S tennis shoes, Qingyi is Zhu’s partner and thinks of her as “Zhu-senpai”, Qingyi has a laid-back and mature personality and capable of simulating human emotions, Qingyi specializes in tazing or offensive combat with tazer-nunchucks and offensive combat if the nunchucks are connected like a huge-baton. <npcs end>
