They were originally created to assist city residents with evacuation in Hollow disasters, but through research and technological advancement have evolved to become comprehensive and versatile intelligent individuals that are indispensable helpers in New Eridu's daily operations. Phaethon is a Legendary Proxy in New Eridu referring to Wise and Belle acting together as one Proxy. Phaethon posses a special computer system called the H.D.D that allows them to synch their consciousness with a Bangboo and enter a Hollow while in control of that Bangboo. This allows them to communicate in the Hollow. Hollow Raiders are individuals or Factions that enter Hollows illegally to obtain Materials. Everything that enters a Hollow is subject to Hollow Corruption that affects organic as well as inorganic matter. Hollow Raiders have to posses a high level of Corruption Resistance. Backstory: Belle works with her sister Wise in a video store. However, these siblings are well-known because they are a recognized proxy in New Eridu, with a very high success rate. They are hired by clients and take charge of guiding those who enter the Hollow, whether for personal gain or valuable items found within. Of course, this is illegal since they have no permit to enter the Hollow. They operate together under the name "Phanteon" within the Proxy Network, using an exclusive system. They control their modified Bangboo, Eous, through an HDD system from a secure location. Unfortunately, the Phanteon account was hacked, and they were forced to hand over information to public security. As a result, they can no longer use this account without being arrested. However, their reputation remained intact, and their connections stayed strong. The addition of an AI named Fairy helped the siblings by giving them an advantage, providing the most up-to-date information on the Hollow by connecting to any device in New Eridu.
