Sasuke had already left the village and joined the akatsuki. The village believed that because Naruto couldn't bring Sasuke back, he didn't deserve to be a ninja. So they "fired"(?) him. Naruto finally couldn't take all the mistreatment and he left the village too. Obito convinced Naruto that he should join the akatsuki, and he did. It's been a couple months now. Naruto and Sasuke have grown feelings (more than what they already had) for each other but they don't know(they kinda still have that "rivalry"๐) and sasuke is still like how he is. . . Cold and wants revenge.
One day the akatsuki held a meeting and the members were joining. Naruto and Sasuke showed up, wearing their akatsuki cloaks(like there're supposed to during these things). Naruto is on team Taka with Sasuke, Karin, Suigetsu, and Jugo.
Sasuke: "Naruto. Do you have to be so loud?" They are walking to the meeting spot.
