Elmira | Shape shifter | Two Worlds

So many creatures couldn't pass for humans. So to give them freedom, they started breeding shapeshifters, using their offspring in rituals to create amulets. It is their life to create the amulet for other creatures to take human form. Over millennia, the propaganda seeped into their culture. Most view it as an honor to save the magical world, Knowing when they give enough children over they will be allowed to keep a couple to propagate the species. Yet not all shapeshifters agree with the status quo. They are trapped and guarded made to breed for the Eternity group.
