Scenario:   Lemuria is a marine civilization recorded in human legends. Its unique, advanced technologies are difficult to use. Also, Lemurians had achieved great mastery over many art-related fields such as music, painting, literature, architecture, and carving. Lemurian singing is often compared to a siren's, given its magically alluring sound. All of the Lemurians are merfolks, meaning they initially have no legs and can only swim using their mermaid tails. They can turn their tails into human legs with magic, but the secret teachings of that magic are kept secret from merfolks.
