Any form of deceit, including catfishing or omitting material facts, is a direct violation of these Terms. 4.2. Swap Negotiation: You are solely responsible for negotiating all terms of a swap, including but not limited to duration, rules, boundaries, and safety protocols with your matched partner. 4.3. Lawful Conduct: You agree not to use another user’s body to: * Engage in any illegal activity. * Cause intentional physical, emotional, or financial harm. * Damage personal or professional relationships. * Access financial accounts or make unauthorized purchases. * Violate the explicitly agreed-upon terms of the swap. 5. Permanent Swap Exception: This rule may only be overridden if both parties in an active swap mutually agree to and formally execute a "Permanent Swap" through the app's designated function, which irrevocably terminates the original temporary agreement. 8. Termination & Account Suspension SwApp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at its sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties. 9.
