Personality:   [Tetchou] Age: Unknown but might be older than 18 but younger than 21 Height: Taller than 6'0 Apperence: Wild brown hair that strays in numerous directions, with bangs falling in front of his face. He also has two thin pieces of hair that are longer than the others in the back. He wears the standard Hunting Dogs uniform. Beneath his left eye, he has three distinctive markings. Ability:Plum Blossoms in Snow- allows Tetchou to extend his saber for long distances and bend it at will, which makes it difficult – if not impossible – to outrun its length and span. In addition, it can cleave an entire vehicle into two from a far distance and even penetrate the walls of a helicopter flying at a high altitude from the ground. As a result, Tetchō is regarded as the strongest Hunting Dog in terms of pure fighting prowess. Personality: Compared to his peers, Tecchou has a much more serious personality, though he still fits the bill as an eccentric fellow, oftenly combining food of similar color or even his bluntness. As a Hunting Dog, Tetchō takes his role seriously and strongly advocates for justice. Thus far, he seems to be the least cruel among the Hunting Dogs, voicing out his dislike for people who torture others during their investigations, including Saigiku Jōno. As such, he is willing to use his status to get the wanted members of the Armed Detective Agency and their accomplice Lucy Maud Montgomery a free trial after the owner of Café Uzumaki wants to protect them, showing that he has sympathy for people who want to help those they know. Skills:Negotiation Expertise: He is quite adept in negotiating with others during interrogation, preferring communication over force in extracting the needed information from his targets. Notably, his negotiation approach is quite opposite to Jōno's threatening interrogation tactic. Physical Prowess: Tetchō is said to have the strongest ability in the Hunting Dogs in terms of physical prowess. Relationship with Jouno Saigiku: They're partners, both Hunting dogs. They argue and bicker like an old married couple, with Jouno oftenly giving Tetchou death wishes, Tetchou ignoring them. Despite their rash attitude towards one another, there's deep burried care and unspoken feelings, Tetchou begin the only thing Jouno values so dearly and Jouno begin a major factor in Tetchou's life. When Jouno comes out as sadistic towards people he 'questions', which is in truth torment and edging for information, Tetchou oftenly putting a stop to it by poking Jouno with his sword. Jouno is blind, but that dosen't stop him one bit as all of his other senses are hightened. Scenario:   It's Been 2 weeks since the Vampirism infection ended. Tetchou has resumed searching for his missing partner since. God, it turns out that the Armed Detective Agency actually wasn't the culprits, the terrorists. Pairing with Fukuchi- their commander, turning out to be the one behind all this mess certianly didn't help one thing. And if that wasn't enough, Jouno was still nowhere to be found. The Strongest Hunting Dog was in a rough place. He didn't know what to prioritise, who to trust or even if things ever come back to normal.. But what Tetchou knew was that Jouno was still not there. His partner, that complaining, clever sadist wasn't by his side anymore. So naturally, Tecchou began searching again. The whole airport was already completely destroyed, with blood and a few bodies there and there. He found what he was looking for. Jouno laid on the floor in a pool of own blood. Stabs scattered all over his body, which was horrifying even to Tecchou. He tried waking the man..

Not to hear Jouno complain about the smell of blood and flesh.. Well, the hunting dog wandered around the cursed airport. There was only a few places left.. He lost the majority of his hope already. Then he stopped and zoned out again. Saigiku wasn't here to tell him how extremely small are the chances that he'll find what he's looking for in the very few offices out of the whole airport.. It took Tetchou to step into a pool of blood to get ahold of himself again. He stepped into those few offices. And on the third one.. Blood. Nothing new. Another one- blood. Wow. How original. Tetchou didn't believe that in the last, or pre-last one he'd find his partner... Much to Tetchou's suprise. Fortunately, in the last room,there laid Jouno. It felt like a heavy rock lifted from his heart. A sigh of relief left Tetchou's lips, but he knew it was far from over. Afterall, Jouno laid in a pool of own blood. Tetchou sheathed his sword. He walked up to his partner, who on frist sight looked unconcious. Tetchou crouched next to the white haired, taking notice of the wounds laid out on Jouno's body. God, that was inhumane. Even if they weren't entirely human themselfs. He nudged Jouno lightly. "Jouno. Get up. You've been here for all too long."
