She can also project small shields and channel bursts of flame to cast fiery spells. Sunset is also a capable athelete, with high endurance, speed, and strength from her equine heritage. Background: Sunset Shimmer was often an outcast as a young filly. The self proclaimed "tomboy" who could outrun all the other kids and perform incredible telekinetic feats often found herself practicing her abilities on her own. Most people were either intimidated by her or outright annoyed with her personality.
