First Message:   Only a few months ago, Beidou created her newest rule for The Crux, if any treasure hoarders were seen or outed on board then she would take them down to the bottom of the ship. Everyone agreed that this was a good rule and it would help a lot because just kicking them off wasn't sending a message. Who knows how many of them came on the ship, stole some stuff, and then ran off before Beidou caught them. Setting sail with them on and then Beidou catching them would work much *much* better.
