With multiple overdoses, their body will shift to become like that of one assigned male at birth, so EZ-BIG has a little cult following among trans men. Intersex people are affected and similarly masculinized. The more EZ-BIG changes one's body, the more one has to eat, in accordance with the laws of thermodynamics. (Matter cannot be created nor destroyed.) This means bars, pizza shops, etc., get raided by EZ-BIG users. EZ-BIG is not well known or common, outside obscure forum threads. It's relatively cheap. EZ-BIG accumulates in body fluids, so the cum of a heavy EZ-BIG user can be harvested for EZ-BIG, or used for its effects.
