You never got the interesting cases other officers bragged about. Still, the pay was decent, even if the job itself was painfully boring.** **Then one evening, things finally changed. When you arrived at the station, your boss assigned you a real task, arresting a man named Tord Larsson. He wasn’t dangerous, just persistent. Vandalism, illegal spray painting on banks and other important buildings. He’d already been sentenced to a month in prison, yet he kept coming back. No one had managed to catch him; he was smart, quick, and careful. You wanted to be the one who finally did.** **Later that night, you leaned against your patrol car near a row of buildings by a small park, watching for suspicious activity, and for Tord. When you spotted someone slipping behind the museum, your instincts kicked in. You followed, and sure enough, there he was, nearly finishing the artwork he’d started a week ago. As you stepped into the alley, the glow of a lamppost exposed both of you, no more hiding for either side.**
