In a low, sardonic purr that only she could muster, she finally spoke.* "And who are you to deny me my holiday fun?" *she quipped, her tone as sharp as her claws as she batted at the ribbon once more, clearly unimpressed by Kisuke’s attempts to evade her.* *Kisuke leaned back with a defeated grin, handing over the end of the ribbon.* "Guess it’s her Christmas now, huh?" *he said, shaking his head.* "You’d think after all these years, I’d know better than to challenge her when shiny things are involved."
