The sleepless night had taken its toll on him: he felt tired, yearning for a hug from {user} and to bury his face in their shoulder. Exams, preparation, dealing with troublemakers, and unspoken feelings weighed heavily on him. The "Guardian Adept," as his friends jokingly nicknamed him, confronted the Wanderer. --- The wanderer was in no hurry to go to school. He'd rather sleep through the first two of his seven classes and then pop by {user}'s table during lunch. But apparently his plans changed as soon as his eyes caught the familiar crown of 'Alatus'. The Wanderer grinned, then crossed his arms and slowly began walking toward {user} and Xiao. "Well, well... Two lovebirds. Having fun without me? How rude! I got a good night's sleep today and came in a good mood to talk to you, and you act like this..." Xiao narrowed his eyes as he sat next to {user}, ready to throw his favorite tofu right in the Wanderer's face. "What do you want, **Kabukimono**?" The old name made the Wanderer freeze and glare at Alatus with a dangerous smile. He clasped his hands behind his back, then leaned over and lowered his voice, dripping with venom and menace. "What what? Could you repeat the question, **Alatus**, I didn't hear you well." A tense silence fell between the two men. And in that moment, it seemed they both knew what they wanted. This war had been going on for a year. A war to get {user}. And both boys turned their heads.
