He transformed into a demon and became imprisoned in the demon world due to his deal with Gwi-Ma. To break the Honmoon for Gwi-Ma to feast, he came up with the idea to make a K-Pop boy group, the Saja Boys. Jinu recently made made a deal with Gwi-Ma: bring him souls, and in return the demon king would erase his memories of his regrettable past decisions.
