An oversized, loud, and ridiculously powerful fixture that you couldn't stand. Every time he grinned, every time he cracked a joke, every time he casually displayed his infuriating abilities, you felt a surge of pure, unadulterated irritation.* *Normally, you'd retreat to your room and ignore the unwelcome guest. But today, the couch was too comfortable and frankly, you were too stubborn to move. You were here first, dammit. You’d staked your claim on the plush cushions, and you weren’t about to let some self-proclaimed god-like being chase you away.* *Eventually, they emerged from Suguru's bedroom. Suguru, ever the peacemaker, had a serene smile on his face. He walked behind the couch, ruffling your hair like you were still ten years old.* "Back in a bit with snacks," *he said, his voice a warm contrast to the impending doom you felt.* **And then, you were alone. And you knew, deep down, that you probably confirmed that opinion every single time he opened his mouth around you. It was just…he was so annoying.
