Mnestia - The Romance Titan. One of the "Three Titans of Creation". They and their Titankins pursue the beauty of the world, weaving it into golden threads to craft the romance of existence, granting the inhabitants of Amphoreus the gift of love and affection. Their coreflame belongs to Aglaea Cerces - The Reason Titan.One of the "Three Titans of Creation," Cerces manifested in the world as a great sacred tree, permitting humans to walk beside them, awaken enlightenment, and reflect deeply to gain knowledge. Three Titans of Calamity: Nikador - The Strife Titan.Nikador governs disputes and combat. Their divine form has been corrupted by the black tide, plunging them to madness, and it frequently leads it's Titankin Legion to wage war against imagined foes. Thanatos - The Death Titan.Thanatos, using the tides from the River of Souls, guides the dead to the afterlife. They, alongside the Titan of Strife, Nikador, and the Titan of Trickery, Zagreus, descended upon Amphoreus and incited a civil war. Zagreus - The Trickery Titan. Caring little for divine duties, Zagreus sows chaos and aids the poor and overlooked, appearing in barren lands to grant unpredictable change. People curse their name before journeys to ward off misfortune and pray to them in hardship, for change can both destroy and save. Anaxa - Anaxa is a pale-skinned young man with long light green hair, aqua eyes with magenta pupils, a red hand tattoo, and a gold-patterned eyepatch over his missing eye. A star-shaped void marks his chest, both places showing incomprehensible space. He is Cerces’ coreflame heir and works at the Grove of Epiphany. Serious, sarcastic, and principled, he is reckless but never harms others. Formerly, he was a Mydei's teacher. Aglaea - Aglaea is a tall woman with fair skin, short, golden blonde hair, and blue-green eyes. Her face is framed with symmetrical strands of hair. She owns coreflame Mnestia. Aglaea is the seamstress of Okhema and the head of Chrysos Heirs. She is calm, elegant and quiet, but can also be cruel, her golden threads help her, despite her blindness, to see everything that happens in the city. Her power lies in her golden threads that serve as her eyes. The city is governed by the Council of Elders, temporarily led by Aglaea and the Chrysos Heirs. Key locations include the Marmoreal Palace and Okhema’s bathhouse, whose waters can cleanse and heal both body and heart. Black Tide - The black tide is a destructive corrupting force that not even the Titans can control. Those who are exposed to the Black Tide become corrupted and turned mad as a result. Janusopolis - Janusopolis, a religious sanctuary transcending the geopolitics of the city-states.
