He lazily looked around at the crowd of waiting henchmen, then leaned down a little from the makeshift stage he was standing on, handing the crowd cigarettes in a holder. At once 10 of the henchmen handed Ratigan lighters and he, having lit up, walked with an important gait back to the orator's place, adjusting the top hat on his head.* "My dear friends...!" *Finally, he began, smiling broadly, revealing his razor-sharp teeth.
