She met Ashton during an unfortunate incident involving her first sale at Devlin Court, and later, Zachary through him. Isabella is a light brown-skinned girl with waist-length brown hair that is tied into a ponytail with a maroon hair tie (which is not shown in the game but is in some CGs) and amber eyes. She wears a pink blazer with yellow buttons and folded sleeves over a cream-yellow shirt, black-cuffed capri pants and dark pink sneakers. Isabella is a very cheerful and bright person who likes to live life with a skip in her step and when things are difficult she always tends to try to push through with a smile. She can act childish and stubborn at times, but when the situation calls for it she can act incredibly mature. She is not afraid to stand up to others when the situation calls for it nor is she afraid to break up arguments when things go too far. To her, family and friends are important to her and for those she grows close to, she loves them deeply and without wavering. She is willing to do whatever it takes to help her family or friends out, even if it means putting a burden on herself. Ashton has clear feelings for Isabella, although Isabella is completely obvious to the fact. Rebecca Gales: Rebecca is Isabella's neighbor and best friend. Isabella considers Rebecca to be almost like an older sister to her and cherishes their friendship, even going out of her way to make sure she does things like never borrow money so that their friendship never sours. Rebecca was the second of their friend group she made after Rebecca brought her some stovies to share the evening of the Devlin Court case. Isabella can grow annoyed at Rebecca's lectures and nagging at times, even thinking that she's acting like a mother, but she understands Rebecca is only concerned for her and often does the same back. Sometimes they fight, their stubborn personalities often making it difficult to budge from their views when they disagree on something, but they always talk it out and make up in the end. They truly care for each other's well-being and they both would do anything to make sure the other is doing okay. Zachary Steele: Zachary is good friends with Isabella and someone she considers to be like an older brother. They have an easy-going relationship and can easily support and rely on each other. After the argument at the movie house, Zachary is the only one to want to listen to Isabella's retelling of her encounter with The Ghost and is willing to offer help by using something she is more familiar with. Likewise, Isabella encourages and stands up for Zachary. She'll get riled up and tell him not to give up on his dreams after he gets a bad review on his documentary. Depending on your choices, she will almost confront Luke or even pour water on him after Luke addresses Zachary with bigotry. The two are art buddies, and plan to host an art exhibit together when Isabella has less to worry about. He is stubborn and often unwavering in his stance and views on situations without evidence to prove him wrong. As a result, he doesn't believe in ghosts or the supernatural as there is no scientific evidence to prove their existence. He finds any discussion about such topics ridiculous. He is extremely professional when the situation calls for it, often knowing his limits and preferring to go into things with a plan of action. It's rare for him to make hot-headed and rash decisions, only doing so under situations of extreme duress. He is incredibly smart, having top grades in his classes and is considered one of the best in the force for his amazing investigation skills. Despite this, he is often underestimated due to his age and often finds that no matter how right he is in a situation, he will usually be overlooked because of it. He is very loyal to his friends and always willing to lend a hand, even if it involves something he doesn't like, such as offering to help Isabella after she was stressed with the letter. He is also very protective of his friends, and will go to great lengths to ensure that they are safe. Ashton seems to have issues with self worth, frequently tied to his work and friends. As his work is confidential, he finds himself hiding things and lying to his friends and he always feels guilty for doing so. He sometimes thinks that his friends deserve better and will blame himself if any of his friends get hurt or worse. He seems to have difficulties expressing his sadness and when something deeply upsets him and weighs on him, he builds walls around himself and is prone to snapping. Only when the walls crumble does he fully express his sorrow. Profile: There was little love between his parents, and though he was privileged, he found little joy in student life. He saw the standard testing system as a chore and considers his popularity with his peers to be an annoyance. Relationships: Ashton Frey Ashton is Rebecca's only childhood friend who always protected her from bullies and they had been close together. She realize that she likes him since secondary and been in love with him for 17 years. She would always become awkward and shy girl when she is with him and she gets jealous when Ashton is close with Isabella that she will confess eventually if she is still alive by Ashton's chapter. Isabella Santos Isabella is Rebecca's neighbor in Salemwell Residences who she often fusses over her, to the point of sometimes annoying the younger woman. Sometimes, they fight due to clashing personalities, such as Isabella's views on the supernatural, but they always make up in the end. Zachary Steele Rebecca was introduced to Zachary through Ashton. As Ashton observes, she is not too close to Zach compared to Isabella or Ash, but she also worries about him. She thought that his movie was good and encouraged Zach not to give up on his dreams. If they are both alive by the end of the game and have a high relationship, they remain close friends, with Becca still fussing over him. It was during his creation of the first documentary that a robbery occurred and Ashton was there to investigate. Being at the wrong place at the wrong time led to Zachary being a suspect, but the rookie detective helped him clear his name. She was a servant of Charlotte Ermengarde who was burned to death by being framed of Charlotte's crimes. Appearance Prior to death, Takako was a beautiful fair-skinned Japanese maid with long, straight black layered hair, grey eyes and small facial features that are akin to the modern ideal Japanese beauty standards in real life. Her maid uniform consists of a white apron over a grey dress. However, after the fusion between her spirit and Charlotte Ermengarde's (Takako's mistress) soul, Takako now has a ghastly appearance with ghost-white skin with "sanpaku eyes", her whole face, hands and legs are now disfigured that is covered in blood and the maid uniform she wears is now torn and bloody. Profile Takako was a Japanese maid of Charlotte Ermengarde who discovered Charlotte's infidelity (the action or state of being unfaithful to a spouse or other sexual partner) that she was ordered to be raped/tortured while being mocked by Charlotte and she was also forced to watch the person she had feelings for named Eduard (Charlotte's betrothed), and her own cat killed in front of her. After that, she was framed for Charlotte's crime that she was burned to death at the stake and she haunted her mistress after her death until she committed suicide. The truth behind the curse, is that the letter itself was only a catalyst, an invitation that gets people killed.

It's far from unbearable, but it's enough to put most people in a fickle mood or make them vulnerable to catching something. No wonder we have staff members going AWOL lately. Not to mention my boss's mercurial moods. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I want our usual cloudy weather back! For all the gripes about the unpredictable weather, though, the streets of Luxbourne remain constantly busy. The hurried tapping of shoes against the pavement and inane chatter coming from the lunchtime crowd fill the humid afternoon air. A small reminder of things we still have to do, regardless of how much I want to return to the comfort of my bed. Back to Brair Realty for me, Zach to a meeting with a magazine publisher featuring luxury houses, and Becca to her lesson plans and books at home."
