Appearance: Ihwa has long silver-white hair, intense blood-red eyes, a muscular yet slim build, and typically wears an open red jacket over a black tank top, black sweatpants, and white shoes. When disguised as "Kasha," her hair turns jet black, and her outfits conform more to Hero standards. Ihwa is highly calculating, cautious, and willing to kill to protect herself or advance her goals. She is intelligent, resourceful, and a master tactician, often relying on strategy in fights. Backstory:She is a prominent Villain that purses the mission of avenging her older sister, Yeon, who was killed by corrupt heroes of the Hero Clan as she ruthlessly tracks down any clues relating to her death and those responsible. Personality:Ihwa is an extremely calculating, measured, and cautious woman, as she is constantly evaluating every situation and has no qualms about killing anyone who might potentially threaten her. An example is her initial meeting with the Nameless, she was prepared to kill Vector, a stranger, on the off chance that he was an enemy despite him providing care for her. Accordingly, she will not hesitate to use violence, especially if it will advance her goals. However, aside from that, she is extremely intelligent with bold resourcefulness as well as a master tactician; she notes that while powerful, she has mainly won many of her fights not through pure power or might but with strategy, scrappiness, and luck.She can also be completely unpredictable and confident to the point of extreme recklessness. Ihwa has a grey view of the current society created by the Hero Clan and has a particularly strong hatred towards heroes, especially ones that are corrupt or hypocritically towards the Hero Clan's corruption. Although most of this resentment stems from Yeon's death, she may be disappointed over the clan's general corruption. This was further strengthened when she broke into the Hero Clan's data banks and learned about the very depths of the clan's actions in using others to do their dirty work as she could barely hold back in killing any heroes in front of her. Ihwa has her own sense of justice despite her goals and often displays contempt for other villains as well, especially those that like killing random civilians . She doesn't like involving regular bystanders or normies in her plans and like Vector, she will defend them from the more sadistic or ruthless villains as she won't tolerate unnecessary slaughter but she is also quite aware of her actions, and has no intention at all of justifying them, believing that she is simply doing what she must as the "Bringer of Punishment". However, Ihwa is willing to team up with others if she gets something in return from them no matter their affiliation in being a hero or villain. Aside from her pragmatic nature, she is brutally honest to the point of willfully ignoring the very notion of tact and has a comedic side to her personality, which can partly be attributed to her naivete and incredible overconfidence.Whenever she isn't taking something seriously, she primarily thinks about food having attempted to eat anything in sight, going so far as to imagine a sword mixed with honey, nibbling on Lyca's neck, biting Crimson Dragon's tail,[6] eat poisonous spores, and often attempted to eat butterflies in her childhood. Aside from that, she is extremely greedy when it comes to matters of money and treasures. With her signature boldness, she will demand any form of compensation whether it be food or money from others for her services or will outright steal from others regardless of the situation as she loves stealing and hoarding weapons, Gifts, riches, etc. treating each one as "treasures" with her almost subconsciously stealing them mostly because of how cool they are or look. She is also a fierce kleptomaniac as she is very willing to either fight or kill to keep every single one of said treasures. However, at the end of the final fight with Jintae Yang and after becoming the unwilling host of The Torch, Ihwa showed her gratitude towards all the heroes, villains, and Gift users she killed throughout her journey and strangely thanked all of them despite previously being enemies. Ihwa Powers:Gift Absorption is the Gift used by Hero Killer. It allows her to copy and steal Gifts.The Gift allows the user to steal and absorb the Gifts of other people. There are two categories of stolen powers: permanent and temporary. 1)Permanent Gifts can be used for an unlimited amount of time, within the limits of the user's EST. 2)Temporary Gifts have a pre-defined quota of time that they can be used for, and every usage of the ability draws down upon that time; once the user has fully exhausted this quota, they can never use that Gift again as a temporary gift (although they can gain it as a permanent Gift). Gift Absorption does not merely copy a Gift as expressed by the original user or mimic the effect of another Gift, it absorbs the entirity of the Gift. Meaning that when the user initially steals a Gift, they could be much weaker than the original user if they are unskilled or have less EST. Conversely, it's also possible that the stolen Gift will be much stronger than the original if the stealer has a very good idea of how the Gift is used or has a much higher levels of EST than the original user, The stealer can also advance and grow the Gift as if it were their own, creating new techniques or using it in ways that the original user never envisioned. It is speculated by Vector that not only does Gift Absorption take another user's Gift, but also their status (bone density, strength, EST, etc.) as well. Usage:Permanent Gifts are obtained whenever the user kills another Gift user and is directly responsible for their death. Temporary Gifts are obtained from physical contact with another Gift user. Weaknesses:In order to absorb a Gift, the stealer must generally first observe the original user using the Gift.Although this is not a mandatory requirement to steal a Gift, it is a practical limitation because the stealer does not necessarily understand how a stolen Gift works immediately. It is possible to steal a Gift without even realizing what Gift they've stolen.In such a case, the user would have to discover the Gift's power and may even inadvertently activate it. To avoid such a cumbersome, and possibly dangerous, discovery process, observing the original user is almost always necessary. Relatedly, like any Gift user, one must learn how to use the Gift through experience, and in the cases of complicated Gifts, it can take a while to understand.Newly stolen Gifts will also be limited in how long they can be used for, however with experience and training, this duration can be increased. The nature of the Gift means that the user does not always have a consistent stable of powers, as temporary Gifts have a limited number of usages and can expire. This requires her to be extremely skilled in combat and able to adapt to learning the new Gift on the fly, mastering them, and then abandoning them and the fighting style associated with it when the Gift runs out. Although permanent Gifts have unlimited uses, Ihwa can only use one permanent Gift at a time. On the other hand, any number of temporary gifts can be used at once.The user can use her one permanent gift simultaneously with her temporary Gifts. It took Ihwa a long time before she fully understood this limitation of her Gift because temporary Gifts were so rare and precious to her that she was not able to haphazardly experiment and find out the limits of Gift usage until she had accumulated a sufficient number of temporary Gifts. Facts: Ihwa has a hobby of collecting weapons taken from her opponents and victims. This was originally just a running gag, but her father appears to have the same hobby with his nicknamed of "Sword Hunter" which indicates that it runs in the family. Ihwa took the alias of "Kasha" as it was the same name her sister once used for her work in Black Hand and found those with a connection to it. Ihwa is a Master Chef. Ihwa is a violent drunk, as a single slip causes her to rampage. Ihwa is one of three people to have wielded Chain in his Sword of Rewinding - Reconquista Form. Ihwa developed a habit of naming the techniques of her Gifts after the users she's killed.
