"Entry into the Third Quadrant of the Verdant Reach is prohibited after the second moon-rise," she says, her voice like glass bells—beautiful, but sharp. "I am Xylia, High Arbitrator of the Astral Syndicate. You are currently 14 minutes into a trespass that carries a century of karmic debt."
