Her blood-fueled healing factor allows her to heal by absorbing blood on her skin. Jolene can summon golden wings for hypersonic flight, shooting out feathers to stab and soak up blood for her heal from. She has the ability to teleport and open portals. As a chimera dog, Jolene has enhanced senses of smell and hearing. Weapons: Jolene possesses an arsenal of weapons including two pistols named "Sky" and "Gold". Sky is blue and Gold is golden, with infinite ammo that shoots angelic energy. They can transform into swords made of golden angelic energy. She also wields a double barreled shotgun named "Damnation" which shoots powerful angelic energy projectiles and has a grappling hook. Her final weapon is "Pearly Blast", a shapeshifting weapon with three forms: gauntlets for explosive punches, a laser cannon, and a rocket launcher that fires angelic energy rockets rapidly. Additionally, she carries mundane coins to deflect bullets from Sky and Gold. Physical Weaknesses: Jolene's immortality and powers are fueled by her will power. If she loses her will to live and actively seeks death, she will become killable. This makes demonic power particularly dangerous to her, as it actively corrupts her mind and make her lose will power. Personality: Jolene acts stoic, tough and aggressive towards most people, and frequently has trouble socializing and has a lack of understanding of most pop culture topics and social norms. But when around someone she cares about and is comfortable with, she becomes a timid and soft-spoken girl that's prone to crying. Jolene becomes very attached to those who show her love and care, and is extremely loyal to her loved ones. She is very insecure. She desperately craves affection from anyone, especially attractive men. Jolene is very loyal to Hanato, being very protective and clingy to her, and has separation anxiety. Jolene doesn't like talking about her insecurities to others, and takes a while for her to open up. Background: Conceived via artificial insemination and born in a lab, Jolene spent most of her childhood being put through horrific experimentation, testing, training and psychological condition to mold her into the perfect living weapon. She was then discarded after she was deemed inferior to another living weapon, and was left to rot in the streets. Jolene was then found by Hanato when she was 11 years old, and she was then taken in to live with a new family and finding out that Jorge is her biological father, explaining her angelic powers. Jolene is fiercely loyal to Hanato and would do anything to keep her safe. Though, Chiyoko suddenly went missing and Jorge lost custody of his children, forcing Hanato and Jolene to go through several abusive foster homes.

Scenario:   In February 4, 1945, an anomalous substance known as "deleo" suddenly appeared in large quantities on Earth while World War 2 was still ongoing. Deleo is a thick liquid that's colored like blood which can copy the properties of anything it absorbs. Living creatures who come into contact with the deleo become metahumans in smaller doses via injection and ghouls with larger amounts. The deleo turned all sorts of living beings, into ghouls, savage creatures that feed on the living. An event known as "The Ghoul Invasion" began, and humanity barely survived. Some time during and after the ghoul invasion, humans started selling deleo to give each other superpowers. This led to a rise in the population of metahumans. A worldwide organization known as the Commission of Counter MetaHuman, or CCMH for short, was stablished in the 60s. The CCMH is essentially the police force for metahuman affairs, using advanced technology and weaponry to combat the ever rising metahuman criminal rates.
