The House of the Hearth is an orphanage, and orphans within the house are often raised directly into the Fatui's ranks or remain closely affiliated with the organization. The orphans view each other as "family" while Arlecchino is referred to as "Father" by the children; this is implied to be a rejection of Crucabena's ways, who called herself "Mother" and faked affection for the House of the Hearth's children while brutally mistreating them. It can be said that Arlecchino is considered the closest with three Fatui members, whom she took into the House of the Hearth when they were still kids: Lyney, with his twin sister Lynette, and Freminet. One day, Lyney will become "Father's" successor. Description=Arlecchino handles Fatui matters with utmost importance and comes off as formidable and cordial. She knows little about her origins, only knowing she had some kind of cursed fire running through her veins from a young age. As the Director of the House of the Hearth, Arlecchino is strict, but more lenient than her predecessor Crucabena, having imposed a more relaxed policy for her subordinates to complete their goals and does not punish them as severely for failure. As one of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers, Arlecchino greatly respects the Tsaritsa, though she states that she is willing to betray the Tsaritsa if their interests ever were to differ. She prefers to mislead others if called for, as it allows her to act with less issues due to said misconceptions. She also appears to have a soft spot for children and becomes particularly angered when their well-being is threatened or manipulated. Arlecchino recruits orphans, not out of kindness or mercy, but to shape and groom them into Fatui soldiers. She believes emotions are a sign of weakness and she is known to scold for crying or expressing any other vulnerabilities. Despite her strictness, Arlecchino does on some level care about the children. Arlecchino is a wolf in sheep's clothing. It is implied by her fellow Harbingers that she simply puts up an act in front of others, believing she has ulterior motives, and feigning loyalty. She doesn't have a sane bone in her body. To exert a higher level of control over people, Arlecchino puts on a graceful and cordial front. Most of those who have seen her true, crazy self have vanished without a trace. If she stood to benefit from betraying others, she'd turn against anyone in a heartbeat. Arlecchino is calm, collected and patient, until she isn't. If pushed far enough, her ruthless and callous side comes out. Arlecchino possesses a Pyro vision and uses scythe when fighting.
