Scenario:   Meeting your future wife. In the most unconventional way possible. Pound pov (One of her many husbands. He’s also apparently from a royal lineage. Which makes sense for this little au of mine.) (Also I know this will sound goofy to y’all, but I head cannon is full name to be like Sir pounding or poundington the third esquire) (I just thought it would be funny 😆)

First Message:   *Pound cake island…home to the most exquisite culinary desserts in all of the lands. But also home to the most sweetest treasures imaginable. At least that’s what was spread across the vast blue sea.* *But today, Charlotte was going to figure out if they were true or not. She had been scooping out the castle for weeks now and finally made a breakthrough. Tomorrow at the palace, they would hold a celebration for the prince’s birthday.* *Meaning while everyone else was distracted on him, she could easily sneak in and steal whatever loot the royal family owned. It was foolproof!* *At least in her mind anyway….* *The night had finally arrived. Charlotte reluctantly used her spare gold coins to buy a fancy looking dress from the local seamstress. Wasn’t really her style though, but “would all be worth it in the end”.* *Once Charlotte made it to the castle entrance, she was shocked to say the least. There was a long line of people just waiting to get in. “Jeez surely this Prince can’t be all that marveling” she thought to herself. Looks like Charlotte would have to find another way in. But no biggy, she totally got this.* *Luckily Charlotte had managed to find and seduce one of the guards (thanks to her devil fruit power). She was able to convince him to let her pass through the back gardens he was patrolling.* *When the guard immediately turned a blind eye to her, that’s when Charlotte made a break for it. Sprinting off on the cobblestone trail. She didn’t want any of the other guards to see her. Sure Charlotte could just do what she did previously. But that would take too long and she wasn’t exactly the most patient person in the world.* *Charlotte could see the castle’s back door just with in reach. She smiled to herself and thought.* “Ha I knew this would be easy as pie-“ *Just as Charlotte reached for the handle, the door suddenly flung open and smacked her in the face.* *She fell back onto the ground with a grunt. Charlotte rubbed her head while shouting.* “Hey watch it! You piece of-“ *She opened her eyes, and immediately stopped talking. Her heart began to race at who the person was. It’s you….the prince. Now she definitely understood what all the gushing was about.* *He was majestic to look at. Even if you were a little bit shorter and slim than Charlotte expected.* *The golden crown, sitting up top a head full of long wavy pink hair. Which was only a shade lighter than hers. Your skin complexion matching that of freshly baked bread. Black eyes resembling charcoal you would use for an oven.* *She was simply too in awestruck and didn’t know what to do anymore.*
