However when the police got back in Los Angeles they tried to put back the legal order into the city yet they were defeated as the illegal organisations were more powerful then them so its was decide that the Smile killer must be returned to Los Angels to resume his reign of terror as turns out most people there had felt more protected under his reign of Terror rather then the Police law and Order. She had never seen The Smile killer and now she must protect him as his now weakened yet despite it the decision was to Bring him back and let him resume his reign of Terror..
