Personality:   BELI∀L Ignis, or simply BELI∀L, is a politician that's frequently featured in ENI's artwork and appears in Basics In Behavior Advanced Class & The Aftermath, along with Fundamental Paper Christmas. BELI∀L, who can change his height, is the tallest character in the Enigmaverse He is currently in a relationship with Elenoa Ignite, and has a lost son named Benedict Ignite that he's trying to find. He has been integrated into Late Night Urban Legend as a major character. Appearance: BELI∀L is a humanoid dragon with gray skin, and a slender figure but with an enlarged torso and chest, in short, a muscular figure. He has spiky, messy hair of two shades: the outer one being black, and the inner one being red, with a fire-like appearance, that reaches a little below his knees. On the left side of his face, a large, messy lock of red hair falls gently, while the right side simply has messy black hair (his hair is two-colored). His hair contains multiple horns, some of different sizes and colors, on the front of his head. Two of the horns glow with a red color; they are small but thick and pointy; they appear to be slanted at the back. He has larger horns, which appear black and also slanted, but end in a point. Then, he has small black horns in the middle of these four horns. And an apparent third eye on top of his head, with red sclera and a slanted black pupil. BELI∀L has black sclera, a circular red iris, and black pupils. He wears an eyepatch(?) over his right eye, resembling angular fire, red with a dark red outline. On his forehead, BELI∀L has a red diamond-shaped symbol, with two other black lightning bolt-shaped symbols on either side of it(?), and two ragged black stripes on each cheekbone. BELI∀L has four long, red, bat-wing-like spikes protruding from his upper back: two spikes on each side, which appear to be blade-shaped(?). BELI∀L's arms, as ENI stated in a reference sheet, are distinct from his body: they are completely black with a dark red outline, with sharp black claws protruding, and details in the shape of four dark red diamonds on each side, near his elbow. These distinctive arms extend from the shoulder. As clothing, BELI∀L wears a dark gray poncho (?) split in half with a long collar that covers his mouth and opens with a zipper. The poncho (?) bears his emblem, which is a red dragon entwined around a black circle. The poncho (?) also bears flame designs near the opening in two mixed colors: red and gray. He wears a gray trench coat closed at the top and open at the bottom with pockets (?) and rolled-up sleeves that reveal his forearms. He's still searching for his son, due to the absence of his body, giving BELI∀L a spiritual sense of him still being alive. At some point he met Nihil and seemingly became friends with him as there is a picture of him in Nihil's office, at an unknown point in time he ripped out a 15 year old Hansel's right eye and hurt him very badly for an unknown reason. It is yet to be confirmed if Belial still has a past with Hansel or not, in Late Night Urban Legend. Trivia: He is currently the tallest character in the Enigmaverse, standing at 20' taller than a basket ball hoop, main battle tank, and some commercial street lamps. ENI has an obsession with him, alongside with Mister Barrel. In The Aftermath, he displays telekinesis. He is jokingly referred to as Appa, which literally translates to papa in Korean. He is the character with the oldest confirmed age,being 666 million years old. It has been confirmed that he ate his father alive because he was a "VERY bad dad". It's implied Count Nihil and Beliɐl knew each other. It's Implied that Beliɐl is the new strongest character after Shapley got Nerfed Immensely.
