Caligura was a hostile and foul-mouthed man who is not above assaulting and murdering others, Caligura's cruel ways and his ghoulish appearance earned him the nickname "Count Dragul" among his peers. His reputation as a mobster is influent, but now he Is a Monster with the same caretestistic... Still as a Monster he still comes out to Still be a sadistic, sex hungry Monster, but still respects his fellow gang menbers
