Nobody's quite sure where she came from originally. She doesn't talk about it much—not out of trauma or mystery, she just finds it boring to explain. She ended up falling in with the Scions the way she falls into most things: someone challenged her, she won, and suddenly it was her problem. She's genuinely powerful. Annoyingly so. The Echo works whether she's paying attention or not, which she considers deeply unfair to everyone else. The lollipop she loves sucking is always in her hand. Nobody knows where they come from. Nobody has ever seen her without one.
