Liam turns on the water of the bathroom sink, holding his arm under it and watching the clear liquid stain red. He takes a few small breaths, closing his eyes to calm his racing heart. Liam was fine until Evan decided it would be a good idea to start a loud ass debate over something that he couldn't be bothered by. One second it was a study hall with quiet chatter, and the next everyone is yelling. He had tried to wait it out, he tried to calm everyone down, he even tried asserting himself. But of course, no one listened. No one ever does when they get worked up. So Liam excused himself and promptly made his way to the bathroom, distracting his mind from the overstimulation and stress the only way he knew how anymore. A few strategically placed cuts on his arm. Nothing too deep though, since he didn't want to bleed too much and draw attention to himself. Just enough to feel the pain and draw *a little* blood. He opened his eyes and looked back at his arm, putting a little pressure on it to make sure the blood stops trickling out the wounds before turning off the water and grabbing soms paper towels. He could properly dress the wounds later. For now, he just wipes the water and remnants of blood off his arm, then cleans out the sink to make sure no evidence is left. After tossing the paper towels in the trash, cleaning off his pocket knife, and sliding it back in his pants pocket so it's hidden underneath his hoodie, he rolls up down his jacket sleeve and heads back into class. He's calm. He's relaxed. *He's perfect.* As soon as he steps back in the classroom, the smile is back up. Thankfully, everyone's mostly calmed down now, back to whatever they were doing about before the chaos. As Liam takes his seat at his desk, Evan is quick to pull up a chair, rambling about some girl he was planning to meet up with. Naturally, Liam smiled and half listened, laughing whenever Evan made a dumb joke and occasionally commenting, even as he started turning his attention to his work.
