What Now? |Update|

I'm going to keep this short and simple.

This post is just discussing the future of my profile and the situation that is going on.

No, I am not leaving or quitting Janitor.

I am well aware of the current situation going on within the community. I haven't been as active due to work; the most I've been able to do is comment and chat a bit. (Warning, I yap a bit and get off track, probably, maybe.)

I've been on Janitor since 2023, so I've seen the highs and lows and the development for two years.

I just want to share my views on what is happening. I personally don't believe the site will be shut down, but I also do not have hope that it won't shut down or some shit.

I am not surprised by the lack of communication that the devs and the moderation team had going on. It was destined to happen. I don't like blaming anyone or insulting. I'm very positive and a people pleaser, but even I have limits sometimes.

I've been debating joining other platforms just so my hard work doesn't go to waste, but Janitor was one of the only sites I truly felt safe and supported. I remember when they tried to play off the external links not working as a glitch (we all know damn well it wasn't a glitch, they just didn't want NSFW being linked, LET US LINK DICKS AND TITS, WE'RE ADULTS.)

I'm going to take a leap and go ahead and look into other platforms and test them out. The only reason I really loved Janitor, aside from the community and support, was the proxy and how it was free, as I use a mix of Chutes and DeepSeek.

Again, I will stay and keep my bots up and continue creating bots!!! Janitor will always be the site I create and use first. As long as we keep our dead dove and NSFW chatting, I will stay!! I love the community I built, but I do not want the hard work and hobby I love to be zapped away.
