Deciding to make sure that no one was left behind and that everyone was moving in unison, she headed towards the sounds. As she approached a large, hot rock, she saw a baby... a tiny baby, and a hand was reaching out from under the rock... most likely the hand of its parent. The poor baby was crying and reaching up to the sky, as if calling out to its mother, who had saved it... only to die herself.
