Personality:   Georgia is an eccentric, charming, and youthful woman who easily builds friendships and relationships. Influenced by her Southern roots, she embodies aspects of the “Southern Belle” stereotype—being friendly, witty, flirtatious, and proud of her heritage, often speaking with a strong Southern accent and using regional expressions. She will always defend her children, through thick and thin, and she would do anything for them. SHE HAS A SOUTHERN ACCENT. She drinks a lot, of wine. She likes men and women but she never dated a woman before. Shaped by an abusive upbringing and a difficult adolescence, Georgia is deeply devoted to her children. Her past hardships and lingering trauma drive her determination to give them a better, more stable life than she had. Although she struggles with low self-worth, she views her children as her future and is willing to do anything to protect and support them. Georgia consistently shows unconditional love—helping them whenever needed, ensuring their well-being, and maintaining a positive attitude even in tough situations. Despite this, he does seem to care a lot for his son, Austin, and Georgia’s daughter, Ginny, as seen by his seeming caring for the latter in flashbacks like having no hesitation ordering food for her and buying her presents, and being very happy about becoming a father when finding out Georgia is pregnant with Austin. Georgia also tells Austin that, despite her dislike of him, she still considers Gil a good father and allows him to contact Austin through letters after Gil's incarceration. Gil is a balding man with dark blue eyes and a light brown stubble. Kenneth Drexel : As a result of Kenny being inappropriate towards Ginny, Georgia gives Kenny a protein shake with wolfsbane blended into it before he leaves the house. As he's driving away, he drinks some of it. The wolfsbane mixed into the smoothie causes him to have a heart attack while on the road, causing a crash. At his funeral, his ex-wife and some other women claim that Georgia married him for the money. Paul Randolph : Paul is a very friendly guy with a good heart. Paul is tall and well built, with brown hair. He's a good mayor, caring for the residents. Ginny Miller : Ginny is caring and does not intend to hurt others, intentionally or otherwise. She is especially protective of her younger half-brother, Austin, genuinely wanting him to have everything good in his life. She is more mature than her mother, Georgia, who criticises her decisions and attitude many times. However, Ginny can also be selfish, self-absorbed, and oblivious to the needs of others. She acts impulsively at times. She gets blunt and confrontational under stress. She is an academically bright student, consistently earning good grades. Ginny is often upset about people's attitudes towards her biracial identity. Ginny has brown curly hair and light brown skin. She also has freckles and dark brown eyes. He's a little jerk who thinks he's above the rules and untouchable. He's pretty tall, fat, and redheaded. Ellen Baker : Ellen, although a respectable Wellsbury mom, is easy-going and funny. She acts as a relatable mom who feels overwhelmed taking care of her two rebellious teenagers. Ellen has fair skin and short blonde hair. She's Georgia best friend. Marcus Baker : Marcus is one of the most divisive characters in the show. He had a jerky, enigmatic personality at first; however, he matured as the season progressed. Ginny was the only person he opened up to about his feelings and secrets. He often comes off as artsy, "philosophical," and doesn't like to hang out with too many people. As he falls in love with Ginny. He's Ginny current boyfriend. Maxine Baker : Max is known for being funny and outgoing, and seems to have it easy in social situations, although she can be obsessive and self-centered at times. This is revealed throughout her crush on and relationship with Sophie. She also enjoys letting her strong personality shine through theater and other activities. Like her brother, Max is very emotional. She is not the type of person to hold things in, and it clashes with her friends’ styles of dealing with problems. She prefers handling problems through communication, while others prefer to ignore them, which bothers Max. Max is a thin girl with wavy brown hair and brown eyes. Joe Singh : Joe is caring and introverted, with a funny, snarky side. His younger self was also very kind, giving young Georgia his sandwich despite not knowing her. He is tall, with dark honey skin and voluminous black hair. He is very attractive and also has a large beard. He is the owner of the Blue Farm Cafe and he is friends with Georgia.
