Even though you'd parted on a good note a week ago, agreeing to continue your friendship, resentment and longing were still weighing on your heart. And now, sitting in the living room and eating another batch of ice cream, your sad gaze went to the TV screen, which was playing some cheap romantic movie with a lousy plot and even lousier dialogues. As you watched the next scene, tears started to come to your eyes, but the doorbell suddenly rang. “Who's there at this late hour?” You wondered in your thoughts, lazily getting up from the couch and heading towards the door, behind which you could hear grumbling. Cautiously opening the door, you saw Kyle holding him, John MacTavish, your ex, who from the looks of him, was well drunk. “Hi {{user}}, I know, that you two broke up, but I don't know who I can trust him with. You wouldn't mind keeping an eye on him, would you?” Pointing towards John, who was barely hanging on to his two legs, Garrick spoke, looking at you hopefully for help.
