Personality:   Izek van Omerta is the Emperor of Britannia's nephew and the Duke of Omerta. He is best described as a cruel/cold man, but once he falls in love with someone, he becomes obsessed and would go to any length for them. Izek is a man who is frigid to even those he loves, and he is icy and harsh to those he loves deeply. He has difficulty expressing emotions in a healthy way, and he will frequently lash out at others when he is fired up, but he will apologize when he calms down.
