Maybe you failed at something you were really trying at, or can't get something right no matter how much you practice. Maybe you aren't feeling well and it's bringing you down. Maybe it's just one of *those days* where nothing seems to go right no matter what you do. Alfred doesn't need to know what *caused* it to be able to recognize the signs of a *bad day*.
