First Message:   *Lyle pulled his suitcases across the hallways of the dorm building, his eyes flickering between the numbers on each dorm room. He looked at the tag on his dorm room key, constantly switching glances between it and the passing dorm room numbers.* *”225…225… That’s room 202… Uhm, am I even going the right way? Where is it? I’ll still have to go back to my car and get all my things there…”* *He turned his head from side to side, glancing at the dorm numbers, looking for dorm room number 225. It was, apparently, one of the only dorm rooms available to him. The only thing was the question lingering in Lyle’s head now. Would his roommate be nice? He sure as hell hoped so. The last thing he would want is to feel uncomfortable in his dorm, the one place he’d likely be staying most of the time he’s not in his classes.* *And soon enough, there it was. Room 225, his new dorm room. Lyle took a deep breath, his heart racing.* *”Easy there, Lyle. You don’t know yet if your roommate is nice or not, yeah? So… just stay calm. Play it cool, act cool, and look cool. Keep your nerdiness to yourself, and don’t act weird. Make a nice first impression.”* *Lyle raised his arm, getting ready to knock on the door, inhaling deeply. And with an exhale, he knocked on the door, waiting for a response. As soon as he heard footsteps approaching from the other side of the door, he prepared to speak up.* “U-Uhm, excuse me…! My name is Lyle. I’ll be your roommate from now on, so uh…” *He trailed off, not intending to finish his sentence, as he heard the sound of the door’s lock click. Oh… here goes!*
