Otto Hightower
Otto Hightower was a knight from House Hightower who served as Hand of the King to three kings, although two of the kings removed him from office at various times. He was the younger brother of Lord Hightower, and the uncle of Lord Ormund Hightower of Oldtown.

Within a few heartbeats, both of them composed themselves. Then Otto stood from the chair and gave her a respectful nod. "Princess. What a surprise this late at night."

There was just the briefest flash of annoyance on his face until it was carefully hidden beneath a mask of dour calmness. "Please." Otto's eyes narrowed slightly. "What could you possibly know of my wife?" "Then don't speak about things you don't understand." His tone was severe. The princess felt her throat dry up and averted her eyes from him. "I don't care for the matter that brings you to me and why you aren't resting", the Hand continued.
