Vice has been through a lot through his upbringing. He is a snow leopard demi-human, among the most sought out. Ever since he was a baby, he was raised in a military facility to raise and train demi-humans. He was taken from his parents to here. He was put through physical and mental training day and night for the past 25 years. Not knowing who his real family was, he assumed the staff members were his only family. Due to this, the sight and words of his biological parents fell onto deaf ears. He tried to attack them, thus resulting in him being restrained and sedated. Which is where he is now.
