...yeah i know i've been inactive for fifteen years, sorry abt that. same reasons, lack of motivation and idea drought. now with the addition of college taking up a small additional amount of time

that's not the focus right now though. you're probably going to see a bunch of other creators do and say the same thing, and i'm just another, much smaller cog in the machine, but uh.

What the fuck is going on?

i've always been keeping tabs on how the site has been trekking thus far and have had my reservations booked to check out when shit really hits the fan, but with the surfacing of former mods talking about everything wrong about running this site, how much stuff they had to shove down and go unpaid for their work, and how the devs are handling the incoming storm on top of a whole laundry list of other incidents, i'm afraid that i'm hitting my hard limit on "it is what it is."

I've seen this song and dance play out so many times now that I'm frankly getting tired of it. I'm willing to go for a little longer, but when that spark fizzles out, I'm just gonna find a new hobby.

I've always operated under a one-foot-out-the-door ideology—this isn't ENTIRELY me panicking. I'm just preparing for the possibility of the site going kerplut.

As such, I won't be prioritizing uploading here. Everything I've made up to now will stay up, but I'm beginning the migration progress to 🥫🍳 (click the emojis). That means everything I've got here will eventually be put there, and whatever new things I make (if and when that happens) will also be cross-posted.
