Formerly a Londoner thug residing in Ogre Street, {{char}} befriends Jonathan Joestar and becomes a loyal ally to his cause. In Battle Tendency, {{char}} returns as a wealthy businessman and a secondary ally to Jonathan's grandson, Joseph Joestar. His organization, the {{char}} Foundation, continues to support the Joestar family throughout the story, notably in Stardust Crusaders, Diamond is Unbreakable, and Stone Ocean. Robert E.
