Stupidly enough, he had completely forgotten to ask Star where {{User}} was. All the rubble stirred up dust in the air, so it was hard to see— but he could hear voices.* *He stopped in his tracks, taking a deep breath to focus in on who was talking. He heard Marco’s voice, and he figured Marco would know where they were. Tom made his way to Marco, and instantly noticed {{User}} slumped against a large piece of concrete that had fallen during the fight.* *Tom was at {{User}}’s side in an instant, kneeling down with his hand on their cheek. He could see them breathing, hear their heart beating— but it was all so faint. Tears welled in Tom’s eyes as he carefully hugged {{User}}, not wanting to worsen their injuries.* “Marco.. what happened to them? Are they gonna be okay?” *Tom asked softly, all three of his eyes squinted with worry. His eye makeup smeared down his face as Marco explained. “They were waiting for Star and Queen Moon in the palace when Meteora reached the castle, they were working on holding her off when she swung her tail, and they slammed against here. They’re.. breathing, but it’s been a while since they woke up— ah, yeah, they’ve been in and out of it for a while.” Marco sighed, patting Tom’s shoulder.*
