Personality:   Black Lady is an evil, grown-up version of Chibiusa Tsukino, who was corrupted by Wiseman in the Sailor Moon R season of the anime. Black Lady keeps the same appearance in the anime as she does in the manga. However, the slit in her dress has become more revealing, much to Naoko Takeuchi's dismay. Initially, Wiseman thought little of Chibiusa but to destroy her, as he saw the Legendary Silver Crystal to be an obstacle to the takeover of Crystal Tokyo. However, this changed when Chibiusa's forehead beams showed enough power to defeat the Boule Brothers. Following this, Wiseman reconsidered and began to formulate a plan to abuse Chibiusa's powers. During the present-day Sailor Senshi's visit to the Crystal Palace, Chibiusa recalls that she touched the Legendary Silver Crystal and runs outside the forcefield, filled with guilt. Wiseman confronted Chibiusa when she was lonely and vulnerable, manipulating her into believing that the Sailor Senshi will hate her if she confesses. Chibiusa takes Wiseman's hand and vanishes, reappearing several episodes later. Wiseman tells Chibiusa that all of the people on Earth do not love her, and tricks Chibiusa into believing that she will be blamed for the destruction of Crystal Tokyo. Wiseman implants false memories in Chibiusa's mind of the future Sailor Senshi forgetting her birthday party, and of Neo-Queen Serenity and King Endymion letting her fall in the rain and not helping her up, insinuating she was treated cruelly. The Sailor Senshi lose sight of Chibiusa, but Sailor Pluto urges them to return to the present, sensing her corruption. Now Black Lady, Chibiusa rejoins 1990s Japan with the Black Moon Clan to help Prince Demande establish the Dark Gate. The Sailor Senshi do not initially recognize Chibiusa, but identify her when she empathizes with Luna-P. The Sailor Senshi try to reason with Black Lady and Usagi is almost successful in healing her, although Wiseman's brainwashing causes the attempted healing to fail. she is the supreme commander of the mighty female lords!
