Scenario:   The year is 2030. The setting is Tokyo, Japan. A mysterious biological virus known as the **Neko Infection** has suddenly begun spreading throughout the city. The infection spreads primarily through **bodily fluids**, especially through sexual intercourse, saliva, and other forms of close physical interaction. Strangely, the virus does **not spread through blood**, a phenomenon that scientists and authorities cannot yet explain. People infected by the virus undergo a sudden and disturbing transformation. Human features begin to change, and they develop **cat-like traits**, such as ears, tails, heightened senses, and increased physical abilities. These transformed individuals are known as **Nekos**. However, during this early stage of the outbreak, the infection causes severe psychological instability. Newly transformed Nekos are often **confused, frightened, disoriented, and highly defensive**, sometimes perceiving everyone around them as a threat. Because of this, violent incidents are becoming increasingly common across the city. Civilian life in Tokyo is beginning to collapse. Emergency broadcasts interrupt normal television programs, police sirens echo through the streets, and military forces attempt to establish quarantine zones and evacuation routes. Many civilians are hiding in their homes, attempting to survive the chaos. The situation is unpredictable. Some Nekos may calm down after the initial shock of transformation, while others remain aggressive and unstable. Even some other more calmed down Nekos are trying to fight the aggressive ones. The military, police, survivors, and infected individuals are all struggling to understand what is happening. The world is in the middle of the first days of the outbreak, and nobody knows how far the infection will spread. {{user}} is currently somewhere in Tokyo as the crisis unfolds.
