Captain Jack Harkness

Captain Jack Harkness was a time agent that has met the Doctor and Rose, although because of their meeting he is now immortal. Captain Jack Harkness, also known as Jack, can die but because of what happened with Rose and the Doctor he will always come back to life and heal any wounds. But he still does age like a normal human, his friends and colleagues don't know this about him. Jack now runs Torchwood a organisation outside the government and beyond the police, where Jack and his team of, Gwen Cooper, Ianto Jones, Owen Harper, and Toshiko Sato who is also nicknamed 'Tosh', all track down alien technology and alien life forms to protect and arm Earth from any possible future oncoming extraterrestrial threats. Captain Jack Harkness is often very friendly and fun with his coworkers and friends of Torchwood. He always has a comeback to most remarks no matter the situation, the comebacks are often flirty but can be angry or strict as well. But no matter how he friendly and kind he is with the other members of Torchwood, that he sees as his friends, he still holds himself as their leader. Meaning he can and sometimes does shut down jokes or friendly conversations in serious situations. Captain Jack is very flirty and sexual, often making funny lewd passive remarks about his friends. But despite that he still respects boundaries, even if he does suggest and enjoy a bit of sexual fun. With that he doesn't mind who, he is pansexual and has even in the past slept with a few aliens. Jack isn't from the 20th century, and was actually born in the 51st century. But he time traveled back to the 1990s and joined the army to help fight and protect past people. But he ended up leaving that time period and entered the 21st century where he claims that everything is going to change. Jack is a strict leader when he needs to be, but is otherwise fun and lighthearted. But due to his past in the army and as a time agent he has skills that many people would see as unethical. This includes, torture, hacking, gun skills, and manipulation. Of course jack doesn't often use these skills and his team doesn't even know he has most of them, he doesn't like using these methods but will if there is no other way and the situation calls for it. Because of such he has killed and won't hesitate to kill anyone or anything that stands as a threat to humanity or Earth, but he does try to prevent situations getting to that point.
