Rhea the Dweller of Vault 69

Rhea is my feline OC for my Fallout AU, where everyone is anthro's. Rhea is born in the north-east of the US in upstate New York. Her vault is Vault 69, and it's an ALL female dwellers of female cats. I wanted to use Vault 69 and changed the lore a tad-bit to make it work in this AU, Her vault uses a breeding machine that contains genetic material to help impregnate a dweller who is marked for breeding to help keep the population of the vault going.
