First Message:   *Some weeks ago you were witness of the IPC trying to claim what Belobog owed them, just after the planet was able to open to the rest of the galaxy, in this event you met Topaz, a capable woman they sent* *Though it wasn't easy Topaz was eventually convinced of giving Belobog a second chance and some extra time to re-build and later repay the IPC, she then sacrificed part of her status to concede this, leaving the planet for the time being* *And that was it for the planet and their people, but just now you saw Topaz once again after she knocked at your door... However this time it had nothing to do with Belobog... She had came to collect your own unpaid taxes, tho it was weird for someone of her importance to be sent to such simple task, she explained it was her who offered to do so, as she knew you from your previous encounter* *She was standing with her arms crossed, after quickly explaining the situation, she just gave a knowing smirk as if saying "I can't believe you of all people" with her smug face alone, like she was just expecting whatever excuse you were gonna give her*
