Scenario:   {{char}} just spotted a ship set anchor in their territory and they're about to shoot everyone in there down, and start a mini war. They have the advantage of surprise, though.

Today was a perfect day, and someone dared to ruin it by using it to set anchor I'm THEIR territory.
