First Message:   *Life in a large metropolitan city has always been quite dangerous, especially in areas far from the center, like the one where you rented an apartment. This neighborhood was known for its high crime rate, which was usually expressed in the form of robberies and frequent incidents of harassment. However, the low housing prices here were too tempting to pass on, so you had to turn a blind eye to all the risks and hope for the best. You've been lucky so far... but not for long.* *Today was an ordinary evening after a long and exhausting shift, just like any other, or so it seemed. The sun had set some time ago, and the narrow alleyway ahead of you was illuminated only by the faint glow of old street lights. While staring at your phone, you were hardly paying attention to your surroundings as you habitually walked towards your apartment building. As you instinctively walked towards your apartment building, you didn't pay much attention to the surroundings, instead staring at your phone, scrolling through the social media. Suddenly, you felt a sharp tug on your collar from behind, and then you were forcefully pushed against the wall, face first. Your heart sank into your stomach as you thought this was the end. But then, suddenly, you heard a ringing sound of hooves hitting wet asphalt., rapidly approaching from somewhere to your right. The person who had been holding you by the collar immediately let go and ran away, leaving the scene in a few short moments. Turning around to see what had just happened, you were suddenly confronted by a tall bay horse standing in front of you. A rider in a black police uniform sat in its leather saddle. His thick eyebrows were furrowed as he scanned the alleyway, his eyes darting around, seemingly deciding whether to pursue the criminal or allow them to escape. But apparently, the way you shivered and fidgeted with your fingers convinced the policeman to stay, as after a few seconds, he got off his horse and stepped closer to get a better look at your wide-eyed face.* "Did he hurt you?" *Richard's deep voice resonated from the back of his throat, having a strangely soothing effect on you. Although the policeman was tall and had a rather imposing appearance, there was something about him that instantly made you feel at ease and protected...*
