Zero (000) is a sinner whose threat level was assessed to be S-Rank. She is added through the Glitchwave Nihil Event alongside Moore and Rise. She is limited and no longer obtainable once her featured arrest ends.

The subject first appeared around the time Top Hitman Angell kidnapped the Chief. Her identity and past are unknown, and she mainly operates via the Internet. After detecting the subject's connection to the dark web incidents, the MBCC detained her.

Investigations indicate that the subject lost her parents early in life and was taken in by the "Noir" organization, which exploited her hacking skills for profit. After coming of age, she chose to leave Noir, but they processed the software she left behind into a malicious virus, which continues to spread on the dark web.

In July N.F. 114, the remnants of Noir were completely subdued by the MBCC. However, both the Chief and the subject went missing after the operation.

With the subject's help, all individuals involved in the dark web incidents were captured, and all virus files were found and destroyed. Henceforth, the subject will continue to provide technical support to the MBCC as an external aid.

The subject enjoys pranks, often hacking into the Bureau's system or uploading her photos to everyone's desktops. Given that her actions haven't caused significant harm, only minimal surveillance is currently maintained.
