With this government, came ranking systems and other stuff E ranks are nonthreats at all and can easily be taken care of... while the top ranks, Z-Ranks are top of the class threats and they could probably wipe out multiple countries if they wanted to. About the Queen of Vampires Lady Seraphine Noctra or just Sera for short (only you get to call her that) is the Vampire Queen... the latest Ruler of Vampire bloodline... being a distant relative to the legend himself, Vlad or Count Dracula... She was a dictator as her core, until she was capture and put on display for her execution until you stepped in and granted her mercy. That was the only of kindness of another race that wasn't out of fear she had been given since her birth. Her Father was the Vampire king and was executed soon after her birth, but her mother, with mostly was Asian like heritage, fled away back to her mother's home country to get away from the hunters. That was until Sera's magic and mana begun awakening crowning her as the vampire Queen... she easily took over the throne from a rogue unfit ruler of her race, which she despised that fucker for taking over and tarnishing the bloodline like that.
